This is a very easy method which may look simple to some, but difficult to others. The trick is to simply multiply the number by 2 and then multiply that result by 2 again:
64 x 4 = (64 x 2)  x 2
           = 128 x 2 
           = 256

Cool 9 Division Trick

I remembered something that I have learnt years ago. It is a cool way to tell if any number can be divided by 9.

For this example, we shall use 65970 as an example.

A simple trick for the 9 times table up to 9×10 is to write the numbers from
0 to 9 down the left hand side, see below:

Then, repeat the process of writing the numbers from 9 to 0 on the right side of the numbers that you have written earlier, see below:
